Association
is constituted, according to status, of legal entities, wich
are divided as follow:
- Fouder members
- Subsciber members
- Associated members
Subscriber members are classified in :
- Manufacturers
- Giving orders
- Inspection bodies
- Other members
Admission of candidates proposed by Executive Board are pronounced
by General Assembly, AFS is administred by a Governing board
(Conseil d'administation -CA) of 14 members divided as follow
:
- 3 for each founder members
- 2 for manufacturers
- 2 for giving orders
- 2 for inspection bodies
- 2 for other members
Organisation include three groups of structures :
- Administration,
- Certification,
- Qualification.
ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE:

GOVERNING BOARD:
The executive board of the Association insures general administration
of the Association.
The Board constitutes, within its members, a reduced Board
in charge of preparing agenda and files for the plain meetings
and for solving current tasks. Executive Boards elects President
of AFS within the members of the board.
Executive Board constitutre main orientation of its policy,
he verify and approves works of comittees.
Executive Board is responsible for approving fee participation
for examination and cost of approval files for agrement of
training or examination centers. He also responsible for financial
aspect of the organisation.
- PERMANENT SECRETARIAT :
Executive Board appoints Permanent Secretay in view to satisfy
goals of the Association defined by the Board.
He has also to write Quality Manual. He is in charge to apply
and make apply :
- Quality policy defined and managed by AFS,
- Quality rules included in this manual and associated operating
procedures,
- Financial rules defined by the Executive Board, in general
meaning of non profit associated operating activities.
- CERTIFICATION STRUCTURE
- CERTIFICATION COMMITTEE (CC)
includes :
- 1 President,
- 6 members divied as follow:
- 2 from founder members,
- 4 from other members, each category being represented,
These 7 members participate to votes with a deliberative voice.
Are present to the CC Meetings :
- The President, the General Secretary and Permanent Secretary
of AFS, all of them with consultative voice;
- Competent persons called by the Committee, with consultative
voice.
The Executive Board appoints the President, chosen within
its members. The Executive Board, within representatives proposed
by the Associated Members, appoints members of CC.
